I would like to make a complaint about the service in Brookshire Food Stores. I go into your stores about 3 or 4 times a week and more times than not I have to carry out my own groceries. I expect this a Wal-Mart but I do not expect this at Brookshires. Most of the time the checker sacks the food and then if you get a sacker at all, he comes up and ask you if he wants you to carry them out. Why would you train anyone to ask the customer that question? I consider that question rude. That is his job!!!! I will not continue to shop in your stores if this kind of service continues.

Good morning Shirley,
Although we hate to hear when customers have had a bad experience in one of our stores, we do appreciate the honest feedback. The information you have provided will be forwarded to the appropriate company leaders. Please be assured that this incident will be investigated. However, to conduct a proper investigation we will need to know which store location did you shop and experience this incident. We apologize for this incident and hope that you give us continued opportunities to serve you.

Your store locator is not worth having if it does not have all your stores available. I have lived in Magnolia Texas for 15 years and our store is not listed. Neither is the store in Montgomery Texas. Try to keep your website updated every 15 years or so.....

Good morning Noble,
Thank you for your comment, however we do not have any stores located in your area. You may have clicked onto the wrong website. Brookshire Brothers is located in your area. Thank you for taking the time to visit our website.

A suggestion for the new FRESH store. I would like to see the new store carry Dream Fields Low carbohydrate pastas.

I have to shop Albertson's or go to Palestine and shop Kroger.

Please consider this product.

Usually don't visit blogs; but, felt I had to make a comment this time since there were several negative statements submitted.

I have never had a bad experience with clerks, mgmt. or sackers at any of the stores I've frequent in Quitman, Mineola, or Emory. Thank you for your excellent customer service.
